Ingredients

    1 tsp Paprika
    1/2tsp Cumin
    1/4tsp Salt
    1/4tsp Saffron
    1/8tsp Cinnamon (ground)
    1 Clove Garlic (minced)
    1lb Beef, round steak, (cut into strips)
    2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
    1 large Onion (chopped)
    1 Cup Chicken Broth (8 fl oz)
    1 Cup Orzo Pasta
    2 TBSP Cilantro

Directions

1. Combine 1st 6 ingredients in a med sized bowl. Add beef tossing until well coated & set aside.
2. Coat wok w/ non-stick spray & add oil.
3. Heat wok to 375. Add onion & stir fry for 4 min.
4. Add beef mixture & stir fry for 6 min or until beef is browned.
5. Add broth & reduce heat to 350. Stir fry for 5 more min.
6. Cook Orzo according to package directions.
7. Serve beef mixture over Orzo & sprinkle w cilantro.
