Ingredients

    8 oz pkg. whole wheat lasagne
    10 oz fresh spinach
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    3 cups low fat cottage cheese
    3 cups pasta/spaghetti sauce
    3 cups low moisture part skim mozarella cheese

Tips

Flavor is better the next day.


Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 min until top is lightly browned.

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions or aldente.
Layer 1/3 noodles in bottom of pan. Then layer 1/2 spinach and another 1/3 layer of noodles; then cottage cheese mixture (combine eggs, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese and mix well). Put the remaining half of spinach on and add last layer of lasagne noodles. Pour pasta sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese and bake.
