Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup chickpeas
    1 cup black beans
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp plain low fat yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp curry powder.

Tips

To decrease sodium, instead of canned chickpeas or black beans, cook your own from dried.


Directions

Stir all ingredients together and refrigerate till ready to serve.
