Ingredients

    3 cups cooked brown rice
    2 frozen chicken breasts
    1 T. Olive Oil
    2 bags (10 oz) frozen stir fry vegetables
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. minced ginger
    Soy sauce - to taste

Directions

Cook chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Cook rice. Stir fry the vegetables in oil and add chicken and rice, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
