Ingredients

    sift dry ingredients, premix wet ingredients and add into dry. stir until just blended, some small lumps is fine. Pour onto lightly greased griddle, cook until top is bubbly, flip over. This makes a thick batter. Real buttermilk really makes the difference (in a pinch I use the milk+vinegar, but it's not as good, and buttermilk keeps in my fridge for weeks and weeks).
