Introduction

This is a nice dressing to add to a tossed salad. I use several types of lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, green peppers, bunching onions, black olives, almonds or walnuts, just whatever you want. I also put in grapes or strawberries, halved or sliced to add some more sweet to it. Top it off with a low-fat cheese, such as Mozzarella, maybe a little sliced deli meat and you have a meal in one for less than 500 calories. This is a nice dressing to add to a tossed salad. Ingredients

2 T Eden Organic unfiltered vinegar
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. lemon juice (from lemon or reconstituted)
1/2 - 2/3 C Nu Naturals More Fiber Stevia Baking Blend
1/4-1/2 C water to thin to desirable consistency

Put all ing. in a shaker and shake until thoroughly mixed. You may want to use a spoon to finish it up. The Stevia blend makes it pretty thick, which is why I add some water to thin it out a bit. Obviously, if you use more water, less calories, less water, more calories.

The original recipe called for reg. vinegar, canola oil, and sugar. This is much healthier and tastes great.

Tips

This has a nice tangy/sweet taste to it.
