Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package extra lean (99/1) ground turkey-cooked
    1 large onion-chopped
    2-3 cloves garlic-finely chopped
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon rosemary
    ˝ teaspoon salt
    ˝ teaspoon pepper
    1 can diced green chilis
    2 cans great northern beans-drained and rinsed
    1 can pinto beans-drained and rinsed


Directions

Put broth, onion, garlic and spices in a crock pot. Then add cooked turkey and beans.
Cook on high about 2 hours then stir. Cook on low at least 1 more hour.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
