Ingredients

    1 qt frozen raspberries
    1/3 cup sucralose
    1/3 cup water
    1/4 t. dried mint leaves

Tips

Mixture can be eaten as is or frozen in 9X9 pan lined in foil and then pureed again. Re-Freezing adds air and creates extra volume so the recipe will create "more" servings. Without re-freezing this creates two 1.5 cup servings with 136 calories, 1.4 g fat, and 16g fiber and the mixture is smoother than if you re-freeze.


Directions

1) Mix water and sucralose and mint in a saucepan and bring to simmer then turn off heat.
2) Puree frozen raspberries in food processor
3) Add sucralose syrup to raspberries and mix until combined.

Serving Size: makes 3 cups (1.5 cup per serving)
