Ingredients

    3 # Ground Turkey
    1 cp green peppers chopped
    2 cp carrots chopped
    2 cp onions chopped
    2 cp celery chopped
    1 cp oatmeal
    4 eggs
    1/2 cp 1% milk
    2-8 oz. cans tomato sauce/ no salt
    2 tbsp. parsley
    3 1/2 tbsp poultry seasoning or to taste
    1/2 tbs pepper
    Mix all above ingredient well! Put in a high 9x13 pan. Top with
    1 -8oz can tomato sauce
    Thin slices of onion
    Sprinkle poultry seasoning or sage on top
    Bake at 350 degrees. Check after 2 hrs by inserting knife in center. Cooking time can vary.

You can alwas add bread crumbs if you think it may be to moist.
