Ingredients

    Egg x 2
    brown sugar 3/4 cup
    banana 1 cup
    applesauce 3/4 cup
    smart balance (softened) 4 TB
    flour 1 3/4 cup
    protein powder x 1 scoop
    baking powder 2 tsp
    baking soda 1tsp

Tips

Will be updating this again as I can see a few ways to make this more calorie friendly. :)


Directions

Beat together eggs, brown sugar, applesauce, and smart balance spread. Add in the banana. Beat until smooth. Mix together dry ingredients. Add that to the wet ingredients. Mix. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 375 for about 55 minutes or until fork/toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes about 12 slices
