Ingredients

3 slices light whole-wheat bread
1/3 cup liquid egg whites
2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp maple extract
2 slices Lightlife Smart Bacon
stevia to taste
optional: sugar free syrup for topping
Directions
1) Cook SmartBacon in microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes.
2) Preheat nonstick skillet to medium-high and spray with PAM.
3) Combine egg whites, milk, and extract in a bowl and set aside.
4) Crumble SmartBacon in a separate bowl and set next to the other bowl.
5) Take out your 3 bread slices and cut diagonally into triangles, making 6 total.
6) One by one, dunk each triangle first into the egg wash (both sides) and then into the crumbled bacon (both sides) and cook in skillet, re-spraying in between batches.
Serve with maple syrup, and/or sprinkled with stevia, and enjoy! :)
