Ingredients

    1 banana
    6 oz. lowfat Strawberry Yogurt
    4 fluid oz. of juice ( more if you want it thinner but that will make calorie count different)

Tips

If I am in a hurry in the morning I will make this and add protein powder to it and use as a meal replacement.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender (I used my magic bullet) and blend till smooth and creamy. ENJOY
