Introduction

Krab, spinach, portabellos in a creamy alfredo ricotta sauce. Krab, spinach, portabellos in a creamy alfredo ricotta sauce.

Ingredients

    6 oz Pasta (rigatoni)
    1.5 cup imitation crab
    1 cup spinach chopped
    5 baby bellas
    1 egg
    1 cup Ragu light parmesan alfredo
    1 cup ricotta - part skim
    1 1/2 cup 5 blend Italian cheese

Directions

Preheat oven 400

Boil water - add pasta cook 10 minutes
Drain pasta

Chop spinach and portobellas
In a large bowl add krab, spinach, and bellas

Mix egg in a cup so it is well beaten add to krab mixture

Add pasta when done cooking to krab mixture. Add ricotta cheese. Mix well.

Add to a baking dish top with cheese
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
