Ingredients

    5 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1 cup carrots, shredded
    1/2 cup green onions, sliced
    2TBSP sesame seeds, toasted

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2TBSP sugar
    1 TBSP cilantro, minced
    1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
    1/2 cup wine vinegar
    1 TBS soy sauce, low sodium

Directions

Toss vegetables and sesame seeds. Wisk together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours. Toss again before serving.
