Ingredients

30g dried wakame seaweed
3 T rice vinegar (unseasoned)
3 T soy sauce
1 T sesame oil
1 t sugar
red pepper flakes
1 t finely grated ginger
1/2 t minced garlic
2 scallions (lg) thinly sliced
1/4 c shredded carrot.
2 T chopped fresh cilantro
1 T sesame seeds (optional, not added to calories)
Soak seaweed in warm water to cover, 5 min. Drain, rinse then squeeze out excess water. If not cut, cut into 1/2 in wide strips.
Stir together ingredients through garlic until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Serving Size: 4 servings (~ 60 g each with wet seaweed)
