Introduction

This is a green slime that Dr. Oz recommends as often as you can drink (or stomach) it. It's not the worst thing I have eaten and I know it is good for me. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup pineapple
4 cups chopped kale leaves (no stems)
    2 large cucumbers chopped
    1/2 lemon squeezed
    1/2 cup mint
2 artichoke hearts (tinned is fine)

Tips

You can have 2 glasses between meals, or more!

Directions

If you don't have a juicer (I don't) you can use a blender on high and add 1 1/2 cups water and then remove the pulp with a strainer. Perhaps that is my problem as I am drinking it with the pulp!

Serving Size: Makes a large jug so probably 8 servings

Number of Servings: 8
