Ingredients

    2 Tbs Smart Balance Buttery Spread w/Flax.
    1 C Chopped Onion.
    1 C Chopped Gr Pepper.
    2 Chicken Sausage Links.
    1Lb Raw Shrimp, shelled and cleaned.
    1 15oz Can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic,Basil, and Oregano.
    2 C Instant Brown Rice

Directions

Cut 2 sausage links into bite sized pieces and pan fry until browned on both sides, wrap in a paper towel to soak up fat and set aside. Put water on to boil for rice. Add 2 tbs of butter to frying pan saute onion and green pepper until soft then add shrimp tomatoes and sausage. Season as desired. Add rice to boiling water following box directions. and in 5 minutes your delicious quick and simple dinner will be ready.
