Ingredients

4 pork chops
4 apples, any variety peeled and diced
1/2 of a small yellow onion, sliced
1/2 c. orange juice (no pulp)
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp honey mustard
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, make the marinade by wisking together orange juice, lemon and lime juice, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, honey mustard, cumin, onion powder and garlic powder. Divide.
Pour half of the marinade over the pork chops and let stand at least 30 minutes. Reserve the other half.
Combine apples and onions in a bowl and toss with remaining marinade.
Place chops in a baking dish. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper if desired. Cover with apples and onions, pouring marinade into the dish overtop of it all.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and let cook another 15 minutes. Serve the chops with apples and onions on top, discard liquid.
