Ingredients

    1/2 serving herb pizza dough
    san marzano tomatoes
    mozarella, sliced 1/8 inch thick
    fresh basil, torn
    roasted garlic olive oil

Tips

add fresh minced garlic for extra flavor


Directions

press dough out onto 14" pizza stone. brush dough with oil. spread tomatoes evenly over dough. put cheese slices over tomatoes and sprinkle with torn basil. bake for aprox 20 minutes at 400 (until bottom is lightly browned and crispy)
