Ingredients

    1 tsp coconut oil
    1 egg
    3T flax (ground)
    1 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp vanilla extract
    .5 tsp cinnamon
    1 pkg stevia

Tips

I like it sliced with some almond butter but some people put it in a bowl and pour almond milk on it and have it more like a pudding / porridge.


Directions

mix all ingredients in a coffee mug then microwave for 60 seconds. invert onto a plate immediately.
