Introduction

High in protein and low in calories and very filling! High in protein and low in calories and very filling!

Ingredients

    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Medium Onion (chopped)
    1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
    4 Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
    1 Jalapeno (chopped)
    1 (14oz) Can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 (32oz) Bottle of Reduced Sodium V8
    1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
    1 (14oz) Can Black Beans (drained)
    1 Tbs. Ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
    1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

Directions

Brown the ground turkey in skillet with olive oil.

Combine other ingredients in crock pot and add turkey when it's ready. Let cook over night.
