Ingredients

2 tbsp salted butter
1 tbsp oilive oil
2 large cloves garlic minced
2 cups fat free half n half, divided
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup (56g) grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup (3 oz) part skim mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions
1. Melt butter in medium saucepan with olive oil over medium/low heat.
2 Add the garlic, 1 3/4 cup half n half, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer. Stir often.
3.Whisk together remaining 1/4 cup half n half with cornstarch. Add to saucepan stirring often. Until returns to simmer.
4. Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
5. When sauce has thickened add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth. STIR FREQUENTLY.
