Ingredients

    *English Cucumber, peeled, 0.5 cup(remove)
    Grape Tomatoes, 113.4 gram(remove)
    *Pepper, Bell fresh (Green, Red, Yellow or Orange) 1/2 a pepper, 1 serving(remove)
    *Red Onion, raw (1 cup), 0.125 cup(remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 0.125 cup(remove)
    *Filippo Berio Olive Oil, 0.33 tbsp(remove)
    *Honey, Green Way Organic Honey (Pathmark), 0.33 tbsp(remove)
    *Crushed Red Pepper, 0.50 tsp(remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp(remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp(remove)

Directions

Gently toss together cucumber,tomatoes,bell pepper and red onion in medium bowl
In a small bowl whisk lime juice, 1 tsp of oil, honey, red pepper flakes, parsley and 1/2 tsp of salt. Pour dressing over cucumber salsa, toss.
