Ingredients

1/2 Cup Oats
3 Tbsp Wheat Germ
3 Tbsp Hemp Seed
3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, hemp seed, flax seed, cinnamon, and almonds.
In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, and vanilla. Melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Combine mixture and pour over the top of the dry ingredients. Mix until completely combined.
Spread on a baking sheet in an even layer. Place in the oven. Remove from oven and stir every 8 minutes.
Once the granola is evenly browned, place on wax paper to cool and harden.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Servings
