Ingredients

    Two Crushed Weet Bix/Vita Wheat Biscuits
    1/2 Cup Nonfat Milk
    Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Large Egg White
    Nonstick Cooking Spray

Tips

*Cooking time varies on how thick you make your pancakes
*Add lots of non stick spray otherwise the won't flip well


Directions

1. Crush Weet Bix till it becomes a fine powder
2. Mix Cinnamon with powder
3. For the wet ingredients mix Egg White and Milk stirring in dry mixture thoroughly
4.Spray pan with non stick spray and cook each pancake for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown on each side

Serving Size: Makes Three Small Thick Pancakes
