Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Canned Tomatoes, 9 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Lime Juice, .25 cup
    Jalapenos to taste
    Cumin to taste
    Pace salsa to taste


Tips

Use your favorite chili seasoning. Add fat free greek yogurt to your bowl if you like sour cream mixed in your chili


Directions

Cut up chicken and cook with onions and celery in non stick pan. Add tomatoes and spices and lime juice and cook for about 1/2 hour.
