Ingredients

    8 boneless pork loin chops
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request mushroom
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp. Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic seasoning
    1 26 oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns
    1 cup cheddar cheese ( divided)

Directions

First, combine the 1/2 cup sour cream with the TS Garlic Garlic, and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the Campbell's mushroom soup and the mixture above. Then add the potatoes and 3/4 cup cheese. Brown both sides of the pork chops in the tbsp. of oil in a skillet. Put the potatoes and soup mixture in a greased 9 X 13 pan, and lay the browned pork chops on top. Cover the pan and bake for 40 minutes. Put the remaining cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
