Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup raw black beans
    1 cup raw navy beans
    2 cups raw red beans
    5 cans diced tomatos
    1 large one
    3 large pepper, variety of color
    2 stalks celery
    salt
    chili powder
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    red pepper flakes

Directions

soak beans 24 hours with apple cider vinegar.
Rinse beans several times after soaking
cover beans with water and cook 2 hours. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Spices to your taste.
Cook another 1-2 hours.
