Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Swordfish and Marinade

Juice and zest of one orange
Juice and zest of one lemon
6 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (I use Mae Ploy)
    4 swordfish steaks,
    4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

    Chili Yogurt Tartar Sauce
(This is a more of less type of thing-just mess with it until it's as spicy/zippy/tangy as you like.)

    I do about:
1/4 cup plain non fat yogurt
    2T sweet pickle relish
    2T sweet chili sauce
    1 T dijion mustard
a couple squirts of lemon juice
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Mix it all together

Tips

It's 231 calories per serving if you decide to serve it without the sauce.

Directions

Mix together all the marinade ingredients and marinate steaks at least an hour but more is better. Fire up the grill on low heat and grill the swordfish about 5 minutes on each side, brushing with extra marinade.

Toss together the sauce ingredients, serve with the fish.
