Introduction

Wisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder,cumin,cayenne,sea salt.
Drain and rinse black beans and corn and pour into a bowl.
Chop pepper and onions and add to bowl.

    *Corn, DelMonte Summer Crisp Whole Kernel Corn 1/2 cup drained=1 serving, 4 serving rinse and drain
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.5 largechopped small
