Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    3 tbsps icing sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/3 cup margarine
    3/4 cup milk

    (optional) Strawberries and whipped cream to eat on top or in the centre of the biscuit.

Tips

Under cook by a couple minutes to ensure a soft moist desert.


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and margarine until all ingredients become flaky. Then add milk and mix until all combined.
Place small or large balls on a baking pan and bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 palm sized biscuits or 16 smaller biscuits.
