Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tblsp chili powder
1 Tblsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup refried beans
1 10 ounce can rotel
3/4 c sour cream
8 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
Tips

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 inch glass casserole dish.
In large skillet brown beef with onions and garlic. Cook until onions are transparent. Season with chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Let simmer on low/medium without the lid.
In medium bowl combine refried beans, rotel and sour cream thoroughly.
Pour meat mixture into pan, spread bean mixture over mean carefully and evenly. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
