Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1 tbsp
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Add water.
Season with onion powder and Allspice.
Drain and add garbanzo beans around pork.
Drain and add corn around pork.
Drain and add white beans around pork.
Sprinkle/drizzle Teriyaki sauce over pork.
Cover and set on Low.
A short-ish time before serving, boil water and cook rice.
