Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
    1/2 cup Golden Flaxseed Meal
    1/2 cup Coconut Flour
    1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
˝ cup dark chocolate chips (I prefer Ghirardelli 60% cocoa chips)
˝ cup Palm Coconut Crystals (regular sugar can be used as well)
    1 Tbsp Agave nectar
    1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    10 Tbsp melted butter (1 stick + 2 Tbsp)
    2 Eggs

Tips

you can substitute coconut oil for the butter and make them vegan cookies! They are just as tasty.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl combine the flours, salt, and baking soda.
Combine the wet ingredients: melted butter, sugar, agave, vanilla, and eggs.
Create a well in the dry and pour the wet ingredients in, mix until everything combined evenly add chips at this point.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (or grease with oil). Take a spoonful of dough and drop it onto the baking sheet. It is important to note that however they look on the pan is how they will look when they are done. So if they are ugly going in, they will be ugly coming out ;-)
Cook on the middle rack for 12-20 minutes depending on your oven (mine is about 17 minutes).
