Delicious and easy! For staying power, you can add vanilla protein powder to this, but I like it best just like this. You can use any plain yogurt, but I use the greek yogurt that I make at home. 1 T peach cider
2 pitted dates
1 T salted almonds
ice
Directions
Blend all ingredients well, adding ice last. Pour into glass, being sure to get pulp that may remain in the bottom of the blender.
