Ingredients

    100 Calorie Sandwich Thin
    Deli Turkey (3 slices)
    Lettuce (enough to cover the bread, usually one large leaf)
    Tomato slices (2)
    1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
    A couple spinach leaves
    1/4 cup of cucumber slices (or enough for a layer on the bread)

Tips

Drinking a cup of water before and after eating the sandwhich will help make you more full.


Directions

Put turkey, lettuce, tomato slices, spinach, cucumber and mustard on one side of the sandwich thin, put the other side of the sandwich thin on top. Eat and enjoy!
