Ingredients

    1 Head of Cauliflower
    1/3 Cup Water
    1/2 Cup Butter
    1/2 Cup Sour Cream
    2 Tbs dried Chives
    2 Tbs Dried Parsley
    1 Tbs Garlic Salt

Directions

Separate cauliflower florets, place in a microwave safe bowl with 1/3 cup water. Microwave for 4 minutes. Remove and place in a food processor or blender. Blend on high until fairly smooth. Add sour cream, butter and spices. Blend until creamy. Serve.
