Introduction

Like a giant candy bar...but somehow good for you! Like a giant candy bar...but somehow good for you!

Ingredients

    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 of a 4 oz jar banana baby food (2 tbsp?)
    2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup
    1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (1/5 of a 90cal package)
    2 tbsp fiber one cereal, slightly crushed
    2 tbsp cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    sweetener to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Transfer to safe cooking dish and bake at 375F for 20 minutes, then broil for 3 more.

Serving Size: makes 1 boatmeal
