Ingredients

*Earth Balance Olive Oil Buttery Spread, 12 tbsp (remove)
*Enjoy Life Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips nondairy, 150 gram (remove)
Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Molasses (Unsulphured), .75 tbsp (remove)
*365 vegan organic cane sugar- 1 tsp, 36 tsp (remove)
*Streits Organic Matzo, 1 Matzo (28g) Passover, 6 serving (remove)
Directions
Preheat to 375. Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
Line cookie sheet with crackers. In small saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar until barely simmering. Turn off heat. Pour this mixture over matzoh, spreading with rubber spatula to cover all crackers.
Bake for 7 mins. Remove from oven and turn off heat. Distribute chocolate chips evenly over crackers, return to hot (but off) oven for just 1-2 mins to melt the chips.
Use spatula again to spread the chocolate to cover the crackers completely.
Let harden in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Serving Size: Makes 117 pieces. Nutrition info is per piece.
