Ingredients

    whole wheat flour, ap flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, baking flour, salt, egg, milk, vinegar, oil

Directions

blend oats to a fine powder. Mix both flours, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda. Slowly pour in oil as it mixes. Store in a ziplock bag in the pantry or fridge.
When using, add 1T vinegar to 1c unsweetened almond milk, let sit for 10 minutes. Mix milk with 1 cup mix and 1 egg. Cook in waffle iron. Makes 4 tasty waffles!
