    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Barbecue Sauce, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Saute beef for 3 minutes in oil. Add the peppers and onion until crisp tender. Add BBQ sauce and heat through until meat is done on medium low heat.

Serve in tortilla shells with rice.
