    150 G Red Capsicum,chopped
    150 G Green Capsicum,chopped
    400 G Carrots,chopped
    200 G Red Onions,chopped
    600 G Eggplant,chopped
    380 G Tomatoes,chopped
    3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tablespoons Chilli,flakes or powder


Directions

Combine together in a roasting pan and roast at 200 C until done to your likeness.
