Ingredients

    8 oz Whole Wheat Pasta
    1 Cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    1 Can of Red Kidney Beans
    1 Clove of Garlic
    1/2 Small Onion
    1 Tsp Black Pepper
    1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Cans Light Tuna (In Water)

Tips

I added a dash of hot sauce for a little kick. If you like hot sauce, I would suggest it.

Use Low-Fat Cheese for even less fat! (All I had on hand was regular)


Directions

Boil Pasta (App. 9 minutes for aldente)

While the pastas cooking, puree the beans, onion, garlic, pepper and olive oil. Stir in tuna and lemon juice.

Once the pasta is done, drain and put back into pot and add the tuna and bean mixture. Once Mixed, place in a casserole dish and cover with the cheddar cheese. Finally, sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning over the top. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 450 degrees.
