Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1C gruyere cheese
    1 C Cheddar
    7-10 slices bacaon cooked
    Fr1/2 C French fried onions
    9 in pie crust, blind baked
    dash salt & pepper


Tips

add any veggies


Directions

Beat eggs, mix all ingredients. pour into pie crust that has been blind baked @ 375 degrees for 10 minutes and cooled. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes till set.
