Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
    1 small onion, diced
    3-4 garlic cloves minced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 large green bell pepper, diced
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix all indredients together, shape into patties and cook.
