Ingredients

    5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked & cubed
    2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
    1/4 medium granny apple, diced into small chunks
    2 tablespoons cup dried cranberries, chopped
    1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
    1 tablespoons fat free mayo
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
    1/4 cup lettuce, shredded


Directions

1. Mix together greek yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar, and rosemary.

2. In a large bowl, combine, chicken, pecans, apple, and cranberries. Toss with dressing until well combined.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill for at least an hour until ready to serve.

4. Divide evenly in half and place in center of tortilla. Top with half of the lettuce. Roll tightly and cut in half. Serve immediately.



Serving Size: Makes 2 wraps
