I saw the single serving brownie recipe and I liked it so I modified it a bit to satisfy my cravings of all times :)
The texture of this cake literally surprised me.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Flour
    1 T oats (Quick)
    2 tsp Brown sugar
    2 tsp Low fat yogurt
    1/4-1/2 tsp Baking powder
    1 tsp grated carrot
    cinnamon, ginger 1/4 t each
    1 cardamom
    1 clove
    +/- 1/2 tsp olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together
Microwave for high on about 70-80 seconds
Enjoy :)
