This is a family favorite that my mother prepared for the family when I was young. It is one of my daughter's favorite dishes to prepare.     Tuna in Water
    Macaroni
    Cheddar Cheese
    Cream of Mushroom Soup

Tips

Al dente refers to the desired texture of cooked pasta in Italian cooking. It literally means "to the tooth". When the pasta is cooked al dente, there should be a slight resistance in the center when the pasta is chewed (taken from about.com)


Directions

Add 8 cups of water to 6 quart pan and bring to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain water, add cream of mushroom soup, drained tuna and cheese to pasta and stir until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
