Ingredients

1 container Cool Whip-Sugar Free
1 small box Instant Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding
1 pkg Sugar-Free Oreos
Country Crock regular Margarine
chopped pecans and peanuts (2 oz pkg, already chopped)
8 oz pkg of 1/3 less fat Philidelphia Cream cheese
Tips
I used all sugar-free ingredients to make this diabetic friendly.
Directions
Crush oreos until fine crumbs. Mix melted butter and press into pie plate. In seperate bowl, mix pudding according to pie instructions. Then, add softened cream cheese until blended. Add half of cool whip and fold into chocolate mixture. Spread over oreo crust in pie plate. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into 8 equal slices.
