Ingredients

    1 LB steak (finely sliced)
    1 can Green Giant Cut Green Beans
    1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
    2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
    1 tsp Crushed Garlic
    1 tsp Sugar
    1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
    1 Large Red Pepper (thinly sliced)
    227 grams (8oz) Mushrooms (sliced)
    2 bunches Broccoli (florets)

Directions

1. Combine cornstarch, beef broth, oyster sauce, garlic & sugar. Set aside.
2. Heat wok until very hot (400) & add TBSP of oil. Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes or until brown.
3. Add beans, red pepper, broccoli & mushrooms. Then add cornstarch sauce & stir-fry until sauce boils & thickens.
4. Serve
